It’s Great to Meet You!

I am passionate about helping adolescents and adults navigate life’s challenges and uncover their inner strengths. My goal is to support clients through struggles with self-esteem, identity exploration, relationship concerns, life transitions, and disordered eating, creating a safe and supportive space where they can work toward healing and personal growth.

I have a personal passion for inclusivity that I strive to apply to my work. My goal is to meet people where they are, offering a judgment-free space for exploration and understanding. Whether working with individuals of faith, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, or those seeking a greater sense of belonging, I believe in honoring and
celebrating each person’s values, beliefs, and differences.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to each client’s unique needs, blending warmth with practical tools to help clients gain clarity, build confidence, and create meaningful change. Whether navigating big life transitions, addressing self-doubt, or seeking to deepen relationships, I am committed to helping clients find balance and connection.

With additional training in sexual health, I also work with individuals and couples looking to address sexual trauma, overcome barriers to intimacy, and build stronger emotional and physical connections in their relationships. My approach is compassionate and practical, helping clients explore sensitive topics with care and openness.

When not in the office, you can find me trying new restaurants and seeing live music , finding balance on my yoga mat, and reading any book I can get my hands on. Whether you’re feeling stuck, seeking connection, or looking for support in a complex area of life, I am honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
